Following 3 years of double digit growth rates, Adkins Matchett and Toy are looking to expand their world class team of trainers. Innovation and strong client partnerships have been the key to the success and they offer a solid platform from which an entrepreneurial individual will flourish.
The core areas of delivery are financial statement analysis and modeling, valuation, deal structuring and capital markets. The classroom delivery is supplemented by the publications and AMT Online which allows us to offer a blended learning solution. Their current capital markets training is targeted at the traditional corporate finance/investment banking audience and they are looking to build a capital markets practice delivering training courses to fixed income and equities divisions of the clients.
• Develop stand alone capital markets training business
• Build relationships with our high profile clients across the world
• Design and develop new training courses
• Develop training materials
• Deliver up to 120 days training per annum internationally
• Provide support with marketing and client management
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard, and have recent suitable experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, research, private equity, capital markets or financial training. Training experience is desirable but not essential. You are interested in taking the Adkins Matchett & Toy brand to the next level. Extensive travel is required.
