Contracts Manager working out ofCheshire responsible for providing full M&E services for a national facilities providerto a portfolio of properties for a national retailer. Responsible for properties solely in the Greater Manchester area this role will include managing a helpdesk, running a planned preventative maintenance schedule and maximising existing client relationships from a commercial perspective. Managing a team of 18 engineers effectively will be integral to success in this role.

Who we're looking for
A contracts manager with ideally an engineering background, comfortable and proficient in managing people at all levels, able to motivate and manage efficiently and effectively.
