Group Finance Director

Reporting into Group Board you will be responsible for all aspects of Group Finance including operations, audit, treasury, tax and management services with a particular focus on cash.
Building strong relationships with the shareholders, lenders and the banks, there may be a requirement to carry out a refinancing of the Group and given the Group's growth plans, there potentially could be exposure to acquisitions. You will have significant interaction with the Main Board and the finance teams in the operating businesses.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have a Corporate Finance background with some exposure to audit. It is essential that the candidate can thoroughly analyse a set of accounts and challenge the management teams accordingly. Strong presentation skills are a must with the ability to rapidly establish personal credibility at all levels of the organisation as well as with all external stakeholders. You will be a senior individual from a major accounting public practice looking to move into industry or have had significant experience within industry and commerce at group level.
