The position is based just north of Birmingham city centre you will be working closely with and reporting directly into the Head of Legal, assisting them with their commercial caseload.
Who we're looking for
To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, be self motivated, be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines. The workload will predominantly consist of Commercial Contracts, you will need to have demonstrable experience of reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts. In addition to this you will be required to pick up on some small claims, company secretarial matters and provide general legal advice.
