Based in Yorkshire, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing and delivering pre-concept projects to tight deadlines at the front end planning stage in the residential housing market. You will be responsible for the management of pre-contract activities from land acquisition to the design process in order to hand over to the project to the build team.

Who we're looking for
The successful Development Director will need to demonstrate the following:
• A thorough understanding of projects, scope of works and restrictions imposed by contractual requirements and site conditions.
• Managing large teams of various professional backgrounds.
• Good communicator and be able to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, design and planning.
• A broad knowledge of construction methods is essential.
