You will be responsible for insight implementation, insight reporting and insight development to deliver customer insights that deliver improved ROMI. You will be developing and implementing end to end effective research that increases the financial performance throughout the customer journey. Constantly look at ways of creatively developing the portfolio of marketing collateral with the Head of Marketing Implementation. Ensure that all customer research is currently managed within the group and support all areas of marketing to ensure that the overall team delivers on its commitments.
Who we're looking for
You will have excellent analytical skills and be very organised. You will be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills and be confident with team building and coaching.
