Our client is looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join the European business. The role provides considerable challenge, variety and opportunity for development in a client facing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• You will work with clients in the Retail Energy and/or Energy Trading sectors to help them develop and improve the effectiveness of their business
• Projects will vary, however, will generally include elements of business analysis, operating model innovation, process design and systems delivery
• You will work in collaboration with client and/or internal team members and will be required to plan and execute your own work with minimal supervision
• Desire to develop and grow the business

Who we're looking for
Key skills and experience:

• Strong academic performance, at graduate of undergraduate level
• Professional and team management experience in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of key drivers of change within the following areas would be beneficial:
1. Energy trading
2. Risk management or regulatory compliance
3. Retail energy industry and CRM or CIS systems
