Project Surveyor

Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £45000

Based on site and reported directly to the Managing Surveyor, you will be accountable for all pre and post contract aspects of surveying and commercial site functions.
You will also be responsible for;
• Commercial control of subcontract packages
• Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management
• Protecting company contractual position
• Preparation of financial reports
• Production of Final Accounts
• Subcontract and materials orders

Who we're looking for
Candidates should have recent relevant experience within a similar role. Ideally you will have experience of a managing a large value mixed use projects, from pre contract to handover stages.
