Based in Glasgow you will work for Tesco Personal Finance in one of their Tesco stores and will provide financial services to its customers.

This is a demanding role and you will be working to individual sales targets. You will meet these targets by speaking to customers on the shop floor, by promoting the brand and by showing a real enthusiasm for the product.

Through building relationships with potential customers you will sell the benefits of the brand. You will match insurances, loans and credit cards to the different needs of each individual and through excellent communication skills will generate new leads to follow up in the finance centre. As a Finance Consultant you will be proactive in gaining appointments with potential customers and will provide these customers with the world class service that our client is renowned for.

Who we're looking for
You will understand customers better than anyone and be able to deliver unbeatable value and service to our clients customers and not be afraid to work to targets. A financial background is not a necessity as excellent training on the product will be provided however you must come from a strong sales background.

• bubbly, friendlyand outgoing, a fun personality that's easy to get on with
• confident and self assured, someone who can strike a conversation with anyone
• able to work well both as a team and as an individual
• able to work to targets, be driven and have a desire to over achieve
