An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading global management consultancy located in central London to play a lead role within their successful and growing Employee Surveys practice. As the Head of EMEA Operations & UK Sales, you will have key accountabilities around leadership & management of the consultancy team plus driving business development & sales activity. You will also play a role in the management of some key client accounts (FTSE listed companies), providing high level relationship management &project input, working with senior stakeholders to ensure strategy is being effectively implemented.
This is a high profile role designed to build on current team expertise and knowledge to shape & manage a 'best in class' business oriented project management approach. You will also work to ensure a continued expansion of the business within the EMEA region through effective sales & marketing activities.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a senior managing consultant from a similar consultancy environment, with extensive specialist experience in Employee Surveys/Research. You will have high level consulting experience within large corporations having played a lead role in business development & the driving of sales activity. Strong team management capabilities are essential as well as outstanding, communication, networking & presentation skills. You will be a confident, insightful person who can stay calm under pressure. You will also be commercially savvy with the ability to see the bigger picture and implement profitable business strategies. Additional European languages are desirable but not essential.
