Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of IT for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, the IT Director will be tasked with developing and delivering an innovative IT strategy for the European business. Working closely with the President of the EMA region and the extended executive team, you will charged with aligning technology strategy with business plans, and ultimately driving competitive advantage and revenue growth. This role will have overall responsibility for the delivery of tactical and strategic technology programs, portfolio management and budget management.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will already have a proven track record of delivering leading edge technology strategy across complex European organisations, resulting in tangible business benefits and return on investment. The ability to build and manage executive level relationships across a global business will be essential, combined with the passion to drive innovation through technology solutions.Demonstrable experience of working with successful Sales and Marketing functions would be highly advantageous.
