In essence, as PFI General Manager you will provide leadership and guidance in the provision of services to a tricky PFI Healthcare Contract in south east London.
The SPV management Team are already in place with a multimillion £ budget, and my client needs a highly skilled Facilities Management professional to take full control and guide the establishment into a cost effective and high calibre service operation. You will be required to review the strategic facilities provision and take your recommendations through to mobilisation, ensuring that service levels are exceeding expectations across the board.

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience of working in a PFI Healthcare environment.
• Excellent Contract Management knowledge, with quantifiable cost saving achievements.
• The ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve the best possible results.
• Experience of working to multi million £ budgets.
• The ability to handle complex contractual client interface in an SPV environment.
• Experience of managing dispute resolution on behalf of investor parties.
• Excellent Leadership Skills
