The overall purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of services and solutions ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a proactive account management structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop Client relationships
• Manage relationships across the portfolio of clients in line with client agreements
• Maintain up to date product and market knowledge of the relevant client sectors to ensure that clients can benefit from insight
• Actively involved in setting and delivering to budget, including prompt and accurate invoicing
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell and implement effective action plans
• Identify opportunities for improved profitability and implement effective action plans

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and results driven. Our client expect their Relationship Manager to be a trusted advisor and require proactive account management to support the delivery of their own goals. This requires individuals who are client focussed, with a proven ability to deliver solutions and maintain high standards of quality at all times.
