As Personnel Manager your key responsibilities in the role will be as follows :
•Manage the scheduling function;
• Managing the scheduling and coordinating of all appointments;
• Liaising with the regional HR offices on promotion, appointments, recruitment and scheduling;
• Maintaining company procedures for the selection and recruitment of all staff;
• Preparing monthly HR KPI reports;
• Providing appropriate personnel information to Accounts Department, in respect of Manning/Payroll related matters;
• Conducting performance appraisals for Personnel Officers and Personnel Assistants;
• Conducting training for new hire HR positions.
Who we're looking for
You will be a real team player and your strong interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to respond positively to customers in an effective manner.
You will be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and have a proven track record in a similar HR role with a strong focus on scheduling. You will be able to demonstrate analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision making skills. Moreover, you will be able to understand business processes and functions.
