People and operations - motivate and empower others in order to reach organisational goals
Financial - understand and apply commercial and financial principles, have a background in Quantity Surveying
Strategic Development of the sector - formulate a business strategy and implement with the Business Development Director to include branding, marketing, sales and business development
• Create and deliver a business development plan and grow the business
• Strategic Key account development and direction - operate as a key figure head with clients
• Organisation Development - integrate the existing contracts into a single business unit
• To put in place and manage the appropriate management systems
• To report on the performance of the division to the Managing Director and the board

Who we're looking for
Knowledge and Skills required:

• General management, business development, operational
• Knowledge of the repair and maintenance sector and background in quantity surveying
• Team Management - leaderships skills a must
• Excellent organisation skills
• Team player
• Quick learner
• Able to deal with ambiguity - changing environment

Our client are one of the largest and most successful providers of property services in the Midlands and South of England.

They operate in the housing, education, health, public and commercial sectors with projects ranging from large-scale regeneration of inner-city communities including occupied affordable housing refurbishment and new-build mixed-tenure homes.
