Financial - understand and apply commercial and financial principles, have a background in Quantity Surveying
Strategic Development of the sector - formulate a business strategy and implement with the Business Development Director to include branding, marketing, sales and business development
• Create and deliver a business development plan and grow the business
• Strategic Key account development and direction - operate as a key figure head with clients
• Organisation Development - integrate the existing contracts into a single business unit
• To put in place and manage the appropriate management systems
• To report on the performance of the division to the Managing Director and the board
Who we're looking for
Knowledge and Skills required:
• General management, business development, operational
• Knowledge of the repair and maintenance sector and background in quantity surveying
• Team Management - leaderships skills a must
• Excellent organisation skills
• Team player
• Quick learner
• Able to deal with ambiguity - changing environment
