Your role would be General Manager of one of our Essex Branches. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver the very best in customer experience whilst having a little fun along the way. You will be fully responsible for this high profile and busy location and will ensure that all business KPI's are achieved. As a General Manager you will become a known and respected face within the town and ensure your business has a positive impact within the local community.Essex is a region with a number of busytown centres with several destination entertainment venues. You will ensure that Chicago's stays at the fore front of those venues and work along side the other businesses to ensure mutual benefit. Above all else you will make your newly refurbished business 'the place to go within the town'

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Manager with a proven ability to manage within a hospitality or entertainment led business. You do not have to hold a personal licence but this would be an added benefit. You should be a real team player and this should be the focus of your style. We believe our people are our point of difference, you must create a team environment where fun is the word, this in turn will create the atmosphere we want for our customers. You must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of profit and loss. As one of our GM's you must drive your own business and make financial decisions.

£28,000 to £35,000 plus package
