As Commercial Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing one refurb/ fit out project at any time in the commercial sector. You will be responsible for sub contractor performance, client updates, and the implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures. You will be required to ensure that all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met within client specification. Projects will range in value with the highest being worth up to £2m.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager must have fit out experience in the commercial sector and be able to demonstrate strong client communication skills. Previous projects managed must have been in the value of £500k to £2m. Evidence of leading single projects at a time would be beneficial. Flexibility in location is also essential as you will be required to manage projects based nationally.
