This globalised leader in the commercial and investment banking industryis building a new Debt/ Equity Products business to focus on innovating and delivering sophisticated financing solutions including property equity, structured products, convertibles and mezzanine financing solutions. Core markets are the UK and Western Europe with rapidly expanding markets existing for the Group in areas such as Russia, South Africa, and China.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have a strong equity and debt financing/ products background. Applications will be considered from Associate- Director level. A prior focus on real estate is important. Fluency in languages such as Italian, Spanish and Russian is hugely advantageous. Successful candidates will combine strong technical execution skills with highly attuned commercial acumen and an origination oriented mentality.

About our client
My client is a global banking group with investment and commercial banking businesses operating on a global basis. The Real Estate Finance Product Development Group will bemanaged from London.
