Acquisitions Surveyor

Reporting into a Regional Property Director you will be involved in implementing the acquisitions strategy across the North, looking at planning issues and developing key relationships with developers and agents in order to secure viable sites.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of acquiring retail or leisure development sites and be commutable to Leeds. A RICS qualification is not a prerequisite but would be beneficial. More importantly the individual must be charismatic, determined and be a proven self starter.

They are a German owned retailer with a large number of stores nationwide. They have a bold strategy to increase the property portfolio and are keen to get skilled individuals into the business to drive this forward.

What's on offer
Circa £50,000 base plus car, pension, health and bonus
