As project manager, you will be responsible for one of 20 PFI projects which are part of our clients regional rollout of healthcare facilities. The project has won numerous design awards and will be one of our clients most highly visible and prestigious projects. You will be ultimately responsible for its timely delivery, reporting directly into the Healthcare Director.
Who we're looking for
The ideal project manager will have considerable knowledge of the mechanics of PFI contracts, as well as a proven track record of the successful delivery of projects in excess of £15m. Our client places site safety at the top of their priority list, and will require an individual with a proven history in that area.

They operate across a variety of sectors, including national building, PFI, education, commercial, civils and utilities. The opportunity will exist for employees to move between sectors in order to broaden their construction knowledge if desired.
