As construction programme director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a number of our clients PFI projects in the midlands region. These will vary in value between 10 and 45 million in construction value. You will have a minimum of 3 senior project managers reporting into you and you will be reporting directly to the Healthcare Director. You will also be required to contribute to our clients future work winning efforts, proposing best practice for the tender teams and having full involvement in the procurement process.
Who we're looking for
The ideal construction programme director will have an exceptional track record in the delivery of large scale PFI projects, ideally in excess of £100m. A flawless history in terms of health and safety will be a necessity, while previous involvement in the work winning effort and tendering procedures will be beneficial. This is a construction role, and as such will require a construction professional with a hands on approach.
