We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate TaxSenior Manager to join the EPC team in London. EPC advises a wide range of clients, from high net worth individuals to large private groups. Our aim is seamless client service, from complex tax planning to compliance, working as "Trusted Advisors" to our clients. We are looking for Corporate Tax specialists to help advise our impressive list of clients. The focus of the work will be advisory, across a wide range of issues which could expose you to international tax, structuring and transactional tax issues to name a few.

You will work with a wide mix of clients, building relationships and providing them with innovative, commercial tax solutions. You will also work with the Director and Partner group in managing marketing and business development initiatives, playing a key part in the growth of our EPC offering to the external (and internal) marketplace.

In addition to the breadth and depth of tax experience you will receive, you will also develop your non-technical skills such as people management and development teams. PwC actively encourages staff wishing to develop and there will be opportunities for career advancement.

Who we're looking for
• At least 5 years Corporate Tax Experience.
• Education/qualifications ACA / CTA / LEGAL (or equivalent).
• Sector experience Experience of advising a wide range of clients on related tax issues.
• Commercial and/or technical expertise required
• Corporate Tax advisory experience (gained in practice or in industry) is essential.
• Other You must have some people and project management experience for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a challenging and varied client portfolio.
• Manage and supervise project work delegated to junior staff and it's delivery to the client.
• Build and develop client relationships.
• Support the Director and Partner Group in new business developing initiatives.
