As a Regional Manager in East Anglia you will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience across 10-15 branches by proactive business development, sales and management that delivers a quality sales performance across the area and provides motivation and leadership to the area team.

Who we're looking for
A Regional Manager from a financial services background, with:
• A passion for customer service
• The drive to deliver results
• Proven track record of delivering sales performance through people, within a retail banking environment
• Ability to manage within a Regulated environment
• Experience of managing people remotely
• Graduate calibre but degree not essential
You will need to take ownership of all activities that impact on Area performance including recruitment and people development.
