As an Employment Tax specialist you will:
• Provide an employment tax consulting service to clients, relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, terminations / redundancies, and restructuring / transaction issues.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the practice, involved in proactive business development initiatives.
• Manage a varying sized team, including delegating work, training and development and appraisals
Who we're looking for
To qualify, you will have:
• A working knowledge of UK employment tax
• A practical approach to problem solving
• Demonstrable staff management skills
