Our client seeks to recruit a Senior Commercial Associate to join their thriving team in the very heart of historic Guildford.The team currently consist of 3 Partners and 3 Solicitors and they work very closely with the corporate group, providing their clients with a dedicated commercial contracts service.
Advisory Areas: Commercial agency; competition; consumer issues; contract interpretation; data protection; freedom of ; information; Limit on liability; public procurement; Advertising claims and copy clearance.
Clients include mid tier businesses (whether quoted of owner managed), household name PLC's and other major international groups and high net worth individuals.
Who we're looking for
You will;
• Have good inter-personal skills
• Have strong academics and high quality experience, typically with a city or a leading regional/national firm
• Have an advanced level of drafting and negotiation skills
• Be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision

Our Client is largely considered the best firm outside of London. It is located in the centre of the historic town of Guildford with easy access to the city.
