Finance Development Manager

Working with dedicated management teams and a dotted line through to the board, you will utilise both internal and external support to lead, develop and drive change to the financial reporting system in line with the group strategic vision.

Manage, review and deliver finance process improvement and reengineering.

Assist the business unit Finance Director in identifying and defining SAP development opportunities.

Develop key relationships internally and externally across the business to aid development and delivery defining clear benefits and timescales.

Who we're looking for
The successful person will have the ability and experience to deliver business-driven improvement in management reporting systems, utilising ERP systems effectively, preferably gained within a FMCG environment.

Influence and communicate with Business unit senior management.

A commercial view with experience identifying and implementing process improvement aligned with strategic vision.

The ability to lead and work with cross functional teams and external consultancies.

Over the past 50 years the business has developed a portfolio of high quality market leading own label and branded food products. Keen to further improve its financial process and reporting systems, our client is looking to recruit a Financial Development Manager. Reporting directly to the business unit Finance Director, this strategic role will give exposure across the group through to board level.
