As regional manager in East Anglia for this volume fashion retailer in the south you will be responsible for;
-Translate Regional business goals into District goals, setting the business & cultural direction for their District.
-Drive & deliver District Sales & Profit.
-Drive the delivery of Store Standards throughout the District.
-Demonstrate & re-enforce Business Characteristics.
-Coach & develop current & future Store Managers in commercial, operational & leadership skills.
-Ensure the development & retention of the Store Op's pool of talent.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager or regional manager from the Fashion or volume retail sector . You will need to have a proven track record in delivering the following ;
-Strategic thinking/planning
-Leading with vision
-Delivering excellent sales results
-Commercial understanding
-Developing others
-Building effective teams
-Acting with integrity
As a district Manager you will need to have experience within managing a minimum turn over of at least30 million, within a fast paced , reactive trading climate.
