Reporting into the Commercial Director, the successful Commercial Manager will be required to continue the development of the Interior Contracting Division in Leeds.
Teams work throughout the UK, supporting our enviable list of 'blue chip' customers and contributing to the delivery of their business aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote excellence in Health and Safety
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Management of cost planning and commercial strategy.
• Developing the surveying resource capability to satisfy Key Account requirements
• Contractual risk management.
• Oversee the financial performance of Key Accounts and prepare monthly management reports.
• Contribute to the identification and selection of new potential Key Accounts
Key Tasks:
• Evaluation and negotiation of proposed terms and conditions of contract
• Identification, costing and mitigation measures relating to project risk
• Review pricing of the principal supply chain to meet project and Key Account needs
• Review contract documentation
• Contribute to Key Account and divisional business planning and budgeting
• Monitor costs and cash flow.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers
