As part of the continued development of our clients Fit Out Division, the Senior Management team is seeking an experienced Construction Manager. Their customer focused teams work throughout the UK, supporting our enviable list of 'blue chip' customers and contributing to the delivery of their business aspirations. We are looking for skilled and committed individuals to join these teams.
Personal drive and integrity, with the ability to achieve results whilst having fun is a basic requirement.
Reporting to the Operation Director this post offers the successful candidate the opportunity to progress within a team that supports our customers nationally. Total customer satisfaction is one of our core values and must be achieved by building safely whilst taking due account of programme, cost and quality.
The vast majority of work is 'repeat work', therefore relationships with clients and consultants are very important. An understanding of the principles of Key Account Management and the ability to supply a first class service is essential. The position is office based but will involve visiting sites throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Ensure Fit out projects are delivered in a manner which enhances and maintain the companies name & reputation.
Ø Develop and improve the performance of staff under your control.
Ø Ensure the completion of contracts to the full satisfaction of the customer within the programmed time.
Ø Ensure profitable execution of work
Ø Represent the company when dealing with clients, professional staff & contractors.
Tasks & Activities:
Ø Plan and Direct a Project Brief
Ø Advise and Coordinate Project Development
Ø Manage Materials, Plant and Equipment
Ø Assess Work Methods, Resources and Systems
Ø Manage Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems
