This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a highly sought after, demanding and rewarding position. You will get involved in a range of deals including MBOs, Acquisitions, Disposals, AIM work and will be responsible for the transaction from origination to completion.
You will be working in a small team and leading a number of executives. For the right person there is scope to develop your career up to Partner.
Who we're looking for
It is likely you will be ACA / ACCA qualified and have a demonstrable Corporate Finance background including experiencing a number of deals from start to finish. You will have strong client management skills along with a professional approach. Excellent communication and business development skills are essential.
