The role with be site based in Manchester, reporting to the Operations Manager for the North, you will be required to provide monthly reports to the Area Director in Leeds. You will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date with experience in Repairs and Maintenance within Social Housing. The role will require you to be extremely operationally astute and have several years experience of managing teams. This PFI project is worth £60m and due to last for four years.
Who we're looking for
The successful Contacts Manager will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience in the Repairs and Maintenance Sector of Social Housing.
• Experience on PFI Contracts is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Social Housing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Good communicator who is confident dealing with managing teams.
