• Responsible for the management & development of a number of the largest National Grocery Accounts, to deliver sales targets through maximising range performance, supply chain efficiency & building positive customer relationships.
You will be expected to be based out of the head office in Scunthorpe at least 3 days a week, you will ideally be located in South Yorkshire
Who we're looking for
You will currently be in a National Accounts Executive or Key Accounts Manager with responsibility
Proven ability in developing joint business plans and initiatives with established retail partners at a suitable level
• Ability to drive range strategy, promotional programs & development initiatives to increase product portfolio market share & performance
• Proven budgetary responsibility with major accounts
• Substantial proven sales and leadership skills gained within a fast moving business environment
• High quality presentation & analytical skills
• Proven track record in negotiating and influencing, with experience in B-2-B relationship management
