The responsibilities of the Senior Facilities/Estates Manager will be to co-ordinate the planned and reactive maintenance ofour clientsextensive property and catering facilities. You will be the key contact for refurbishment and new build projects that take place in the region.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Senior Facilities/Estates Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of contract management, preferably MCIOB qualified or equivalent with proven people management skills. You will be proficient in the provision of PPM scheduling and have the ability to project manage small works to capital projects.
