There are opportunities for Executive / Consultant level candidates to provide support to a delivery team within the organisational effectiveness business unit of our Performance Improvement Consulting practice role will be as part of a team to build client confidence and to develop, sell and deliver large scale operational consulting projects.
Team based reporting through team leaders to competency and industry. Project based reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Who we're looking for
Essential skills / experience:
General supply chain experience including for example:
Logistics, procurement, production, demand and supply planning.
Process mapping, process reengineering, cost analysis, activity based costing, lean, six sigma, are all beneficial skills and experience.
Graduate calibre with some solid previous experience in industry or other consultancy.
Desirable skills / experience:
CIPS experience would beneficial but not essential.
The team are looking for a motivated self starter who is able to take direction and deliver results.
You need to be process driven, numerate, articulate and able to argue a position.
You need to be someone with the courage of their convictions and the ability to build strong client relationships.
