My client is looking to add to its established team due to growth plans and a very buoyant work load.
The team acts for developers, investors both institutional and private, public sector bodies, landlords and tenants. The legal service provided by the team ranges from acquisition and sale of properties and the subsequent leasing of them, site assembly, and development advice to the management of full property portfolios.
Key areas of expertise are:
Property sale and purchase
Leases and portfolio management
Site assembly and development
Complex development agreements (joint ventures, including PFI)
Property litigation
Who we're looking for
You will be an existing Partner in an established firm or Partner calibre looking for the next step up. With solid contacts in the marketplace and strong business development skills, ideally you will have a following. The level of expertise is less important than the type of individual as the appointment is due to general growth within the firm and not a replacement.
