To ensure all properties are maintained to a reasonable standard and in accordance with statutory requirements.

Who we're looking for
• Thorough knowledge of building construction, maintenance techniques and practices (RICS Building or equivalent).
• Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, administration and cost control systems.
• Good knowledge of H&V and electrical systems and installations.
•Previously having set budgets for building maintenance, improvement and service contracting, plus ability to control costs to pre-set parameters (previously in a Management role).
• Knowledge of technical and energy management techniques, health and safety legislation, construction legislation, etc.
