Building Surveyor

You will undertakea wide range of building surveying duties throughout the region.
Significant prior knowledge of dilapidations, party wall act and boundary wall as well as right to light is vital to help you succeed.
As part of the role you will be expected to support and develop the rest of the team in their professional duties whilst displaying highly professional client management.

Who we're looking for
BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Individuals who are committed to achieving chartered status; Ideally you will have commenced your APC or be willing to.
To be successful you will have a professional manner and possess strong communication skills.
