This role will involve providing a high level of secretarial support to an incredibly busy MD. This will include management of a very hectic diary, organising complex international travel, putting together PowerPoint presentations and representing the MD on all correspondence.
The role will also involve supporting the wider department by researching and collating information, report formulation and distribution, reconciling expenses, arranging meeting and preparing agendas and working alongside HR.
Who we're looking for
In this role personality is absolutely key. The right candidate will be tenacious, bright and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure. Key skills will include:
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Attention to detail - ability to read and process information in a critical manner
• Numeracy to A Level Mathematics standard
• Analytical, pragmatic manner - ability to problem-solve effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with people at all levels
