The purpose of the Fund Administrator role is: -
• To play a senior role within the team and support the Supervisor(s) in all areas.
• Training & Development of junior members of staff.
• Ensure compliance with all group & local regulations & guidelines
• Ensuring all valuation and reporting requirements are completed both accurately and within deadlines
• Assist with liaison with fund sponsors, investment managers and other parties
In addition applicants should assist and support the Supervisor(s) with the following:
• Review and maintenance of operational procedures as the business requires
• Liaison with accounting, company secretarial, compliance and control departments & Auditors.
• Calculation of performance fees.
• Maintenance of accounting records
• Share registration
• Cash management
• Monitoring of trade settlement
• Investment trading where appropriate
• Checking the integrity of the ledger postings and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations / anti money laundering procedures.
