Food Production Manager

Here is the chance to be part of something that just about everyone in the UK loves . You will be part of the senior management in this unit based in Edinburgh, which turns over £85 million a year. Our client is looking for a Food Production Manager where you will be responsible for managing the entire food offer within the stores. After your comprehensive training program, you will be given the opportunity to work in another store in the UK.

Who we're looking for
You must be a store or area retail manager from a high volume food/service/drinks business. You must be prepared to potentially relocate to another store. You will be highly customer focussed and people orientated. You have a desire to work for a business which prides itself on its creative, autonomous and open culture, where status is less important than the challenge of the job.
