Reporting into a Partner of the business the main remit of the role is to offer advice to landowners across the North on the potential sale and residential development use of their land. This includes green and brownfield sites and the successful candidate would be involved in advising on the feasibility and planning for these sites.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate would need to be MRICS qualified and have at least 3 years experience preferably in the residential sector. This is a client facing role and you will need to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to build relationships in the market and be able to commute to Harrogate on a daily basis.

They are an established and successful Property Consultancy with over 50 residential and commercial offices across the UK. In 2006 their investment teams acted on a string of high profile commercial investment transactions amounting to a value of over £5 billion across the UK.
What's on offer
