The Environment Agency has a vision. To deliver on this they have tough environmental challenges and an ambitious change programme ahead. They also have a wide variety of talented people from different disciplines for you to engage with. Deliver these changes, develop these people and you'll improve both the organisation and the environment within the Wales region, stretching from Cardiff in the South to Holyhead in the North. As a member of Management Team Wales, you'll need to be well versed in cutting-edge employment practices and workforce strategies.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll manage delivery of comprehensive HR services so experience of constantly changing environments, complex resourcing needs and serving remote teams within a national organisation is essential. Relationships will be key here, not only with close team members but with regional management and the wider HR function at a national level. As well as contributing to National HR strategies and policies you'll help them make this a great place to work and deliver people solutions to drive business success.
