You will have full responsibility for the hotel operation and will also offer a support service to the self catering lodge operation. You could be serving up to 800 customers on a daily basis, therefore the self catering lodge operation is seen as a main revenue stream.
Reporting to the area GM, you will be supported by an Operations Manager on site and a cluster team of Revenue, Human Resources and Finance.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
• positive leader ship skills
• existing GM or an excellent Assistant Manager looking for their first step to a gain a full GM status
• track record of successful achievements
• international brand experience
