A critical role in the commercial team supporting both marketing and sales activity across the full range of products and customers. It'll be your responsibility to obtain, analyse and interpret data from a variety of internal and external data sources including customers and research agencies.
Your expertise will be invaluable to all around you in supporting key decisions on areas like new product development, trade presentations, promotional campaigns and annual brand plans.

Who we're looking for
A broad thinking numbers specialist who relishes the opportunity to help business growth through superb retail, shopper and consumer insight. You should have working knowledge of retail audit databases and know how to manipulate them to spot opportunities. In particular, Nielsen or InfoScan would be highly desirable.

Chefaro UK is part of Omega Pharma, a European Group with sales of around 800 million Euros predominantly in the Health & Beauty sector. Chefaro UK were acquired in 2001, but they were established over 35 years ago with an initial focus on their Predictor brand, a home pregnancy test.
Chefaro UK now can boast a broad portfolio which includes Lyclear (No2 head lice treatment), Jungle Formula (No1 insect repellent), TCP (No1 antiseptic liquid), Buttercup (cough syrup) and Wartner (No1 wart and verucca treatment).
In order to maximise profitability and increase exposure across all sales channels, the business has partnered with Ceuta Healthcare and transferred all sales and account management responsibility to them. Chefaro UK will retain marketing responsibility for all of its brands but following the decision to relocate the marketing team to the south coast, the Trade & Category Analyst vacancy has arisen.
