Divisional Finance Director

As a pivotal member of the senior operational board you are tasked to deliver long term sustained incremental growth and class leading manufacturing process across a diverse customer base. You will provide a major contribution to the team by facilitating a strategy development process and monitoring its implementation through a robust planning and budgeting process.
Key responsibilities:
• Establish and lead a world-class Finance team in line with Premier Foods structure
• Drive the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Facilitate a strategy development process that will identify opportunities for profitable growth and monitor its implementation through the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver strong management accounting and ensure information is used to drive improvements in commercial and operational performance.
• Ensure that the financial controls are robust and achieve clean reports from both internal and external audits.
• Lead I.T. development and actively look for new opportunities to exploit I.T.

Who we're looking for
As a qualified accountant, Ideal candidates will be able to prove a demonstrable track record for delivering total financial leadership and significant commercial interaction ideally from within a large food or drink manufacturer. Strong interpersonal skills are vital to maximise internal and external relationships at all levels.
