Head of Pre-Paid Products

Your key focus will be to review the commercial position and develop the sales and marketing strategies of Traveller's Cheques and Pre-Paid cards and initiate a series of activities and actions to promote and drive profitable growth.
Principal tasks will be:
• To develop initiatives and drive pre-paid product sales, with full P&L accountability
• To research market developments and recommend new market opportunities
• To grow sales by delivering pre-paid products to new clients/customers
• To undertake comprehensive market analysis of products and pro-actively drive activities
• To contribute to the design of key performance indicators
• To gather market intelligence on products for the Insight Manager
• To develop and complete business cases for all product enhancements and any new pre-paid product ideas
• To project manage delivery of pre-paid product enhancements from sign off to go live
• To ensure compliance of products and gain appropriate approvals as required
• To represent the company as an industry expert in both internal and external forums

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be used to working in Product Management at a senior level, been accountable for the P&L and used to working in a matrix structured organisation, ideally in foreign exchange, credit cards or retail banking.

Specifically you will have a :
• demonstrable track record for driving significant sales through existing product mix is essential
• proven accountability for P&L accounts
• desirable track record of product enhancement/development at a senior level that have driven value
• Business Management with experience of marketing and product management
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
