The successful candidate will own the significant stakeholder relationships for a specific business whilst delivering cross-divisional Volume Resourcing requirements. Furthermore, he/she will be accountable for delivery of aResourcing Plan and strategyfor a specific business unit.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
• Hold and develop relationships with business stakeholders to ensure volume resourcing is working in partnership with the businesses to deliver resourcing requirements.
• Hold and inform the overall picture of requirements of Volume Resourcing for a specific division and feed into the creation of an overallorganisational picture
• Lead, motivate and develop cross-divisional business facing volume resourcing team to ensure businesses are supported in accordance with agreed service standards and performance levels
• Work in partnership with Sourcing and Attraction team to enable ongoing development and improvements to future campaigns
• Drive the continuous improvement culture and proactively seek feedback to ensure a successful climate of continuous improvement exists
• Manage service levels and monitor performance through key metrics
• Work as a change agent to ensure all business change and resourcing change are managed effectively
• Establish effective succession plans to ensure future potential is developed in order to sustain the stability of the resourcing team
• Sponsor and/or manage resourcing related projects as required

• Breadth and depth ofexposure of volume recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of recruitment market dynamics
• Previous people management exposure
• Previous track record inleadership
• Change Management knowledge
