The remit of the role is to project manage the condition of a portfolio of over 200 pubs across a region with numerous projects being carried out at any one time. The projects can range from £40,000 to £500,000 and are predominantly focussed around refurbishment and maintenance of the existing network.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will need to have a technical understanding of the construction process and a proven track record of project management across a multi site property portfolio ideally in the retail or leisure sector, preferably MRICS or CIOB qualified and live in the Midlands or South Yorkshire.
