You will be a key member of the Commercial Department and will be responsible for the financial management of projects from inception to final accounts.
Who we're looking for
You will have background in a similar role, and have an excellent working knowledge of contract documentation.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following:
• Tendering & Estimating
• Budget preparation
• Measurement
• Specification assessment
• Monthly valuation
In addition to this you will need to be an excellent communicator and computer literate.
