Managing a team of 12-15 staff of dedicated people who provide support to individuals who are seeking employment, with the fundamental aim of helping them find a new job. Key areas of focus include: -
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Helping train, develop and motivate a team of up 12-15 individuals who are in charge of training, consulting and account management.
• COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT - Whilst our client provides a very worthy service to a disadvantaged part of our community, this remains a commercial venture. As a result, you must control costs and maximise revenues at all time, this is an environment for people with entrepreneurial spirit.
• PROCESS MANAGEMENT - Ensuring a robust and compliant paper trail, minimising risk and maximising service delivery.
Who we're looking for
You will be commercial and entrepreneurial, a relationship builder at all levels and above all a fantastic man manager.
You will already be in a sales-focussed retail management role,preferably from a blue-chip background, and will have experience of working within a very people and customer service orientated environment.

Our client is a well established leading business in the education and training market. They specialise in working with central bodies, such as the DWP to get segments of the unemployed community back to work. This is an expanding sector which can provide excellent career progression and fulfilment.
